This policy explains what information LocalFront (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: hello@localfront.us.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, business name, email address and anything you write in your message. Our form currently opens your own email app, so your message is sent as a normal email.
Information for your website. If you hire us, you may send us your logo, photos, business details, hours and service area, or ask us to use your public Google Business listing.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and basic details (such as name and email), but we never see or store your card number.
Technical information. Our websites are hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver pages and protect against abuse and attacks.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics that track you across sites. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site. If we ever add privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this policy.

How we use your information

To reply to your messages and prepare your website preview.
To build, host, update and support your website.
To process payments and keep business and tax records.
To send service emails about your site (for example, notices before a site is archived). We don’t send you marketing newsletters without your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us run LocalFront (such as Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for payments and our email provider), or when required by law.

Information published on your website

Information you ask us to put on your website (business name, phone, address, photos, reviews) becomes public. Please only send us content you have the right to publish.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and project files while we work with you and for as long as your website is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for records, legal and tax purposes. Previews that are not approved are deleted after they expire.

Your rights, including California (CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it and to ask us to delete it. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email hello@localfront.us. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
