Terms of service

These terms apply when you use LocalFront’s website or hire us to build your website. By requesting a preview or paying for a site, you agree to them. Questions: hello@localfront.us.

1. What the $299 plan includes

• A custom, one-page website with up to about 5 sections (for example: hero, services, about, reviews/gallery, contact).
• Mobile-friendly design, click-to-call, a WhatsApp button, a map and 1 contact form (sends straight to your email). Additional forms are not included.
• Hosting at yourbusiness.localfront.us for as long as your business and site remain active (see section 6).
• Basic search-friendly setup (titles, descriptions and structured information).

Not included unless agreed in writing: additional pages, online stores, booking systems, custom domains, logo design, copywriting beyond the site, ongoing marketing or guaranteed search rankings.

2. Preview and revisions

After you send us your information (or ask us to use your public Google Business listing), we aim to deliver a preview link in about 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Before launch, you may request up to {{revision_rounds}} rounds of reasonable revisions within the scope above.

Preview links are private, not indexed by search engines, and expire 30 days after we send them. If you haven’t approved the preview by then, we may delete it.

3. Payment: pay only after you approve

You pay nothing up front. Once you approve your preview, you pay the one-time price ($299 USD unless otherwise quoted) via Stripe, and we then publish your site. There are no monthly fees for the plan.

4. Refunds

Because you only pay after approving the finished preview, payments are non-refundable once your site has been approved and launched. The exception: if we fail to deliver what was agreed (for example, we can’t publish your approved site), we will fix it or refund your payment.

5. Changes after launch

After launch, you can ask for changes by email. Each change has a fixed price that we confirm with you before we start. We only do the work after you accept the price.

6. Hosting, inactive sites and archiving

Hosting is included while your business and site remain active. We may archive (take offline) a site if the business appears to have closed, the site has been inactive for a long period, or you ask us to. Except where urgent (see section 8), we will email you before archiving at the address we have on file.

7. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, photos, logos and other content you send us or ask us to use, and that the information about your business is accurate. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use it to build, host and display your site. We may show your site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.

8. Acceptable use

We may refuse, suspend or take offline any site that contains illegal content, infringes someone else’s rights, is used for fraud or spam, or promotes illegal products or services. In those cases we may act without prior notice.

9. Third-party services

Your site relies on third parties such as Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments) and WhatsApp or Google Maps (buttons and maps). Their terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

10. No guarantees of results

We build sites to be fast and search-friendly, but we don’t guarantee rankings, traffic, calls or sales. We aim for high availability but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of {{governing_law}}, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies from its “last updated” date; changes don’t affect payments already made.
